  • The program is led by trained instructors and available in English and Spanish

Intake: This program accepts physician and self-referrals. The intake consists of completion of a demographics and health related quality of life questions. Individuals may email or call to request the intake form and to enroll in the program.

Eligibility: Any Tarrant County resident may access this class. No proof of insurance, veteran status, or age is required.
