Union Gospel Mission

Provide homeless people in Dallas hot food, safe shelter and a chance to reclaim their lives. Veterans who are “formerly homeless or in danger of becoming homeless” are sent to the Mission to live in a transitional living environment for up to two years. A united Christian organization and ministry dedicated to providing love, hope, respect and a new beginning for the homeless in Tarrant County. A Christian housing community for more than 400 individuals and families who are experiencing homelessness. Those we serve call UGM-TC home for an average of 6 months to a year.

Center of Hope (COH) is our shelter and Discipleship Program site exclusively for single women with children—offering three meals daily while providing a library, learning center, life skill classes, a chapel and medical clinic on-site.UGM-COH also has an on-site, state approved Child Development Center that cares for children from birth through kindergarten.
