Attitudes & Attire® is a non-profit agency dedicated to promoting personal growth for women seeking self-sufficiency. Our program provides tools that raise self-esteem, promote ethics, and build the confidence to develop successful life skills. As a complement to our core program, we offer our Boots to Heels program with seminars exclusively for veterans. These special group sessions give female veterans the camaraderie of being with peers who understand the unique experiences that have impacted them and the challenges they face when returning home.

Tarrant County College (Veterans Learning Community)

The Veterans Learning Community on the Tarrant County College Northwest Campus is for military servicemembers and veterans who want to pursue an accelerated degree program in Logistics and Supply Chain Management. This will include an internship with a company in the Alliance Corridor. The program previously offered an accelerated degree program in Fire Technology.

This collaborative effort is to help veterans make a smooth transition to college life, and experience academic and vocational success.
