Homeless Veterans Outreach Services, Veterans Affairs

The outreach program provides a full range of social and medical services, on-site or through the Fort Worth Vet Center, Fort Worth VA Outpatient Clinic or the Dallas VA Medical Center. Services include referrals to local shelters, transitional housing through the VA Grant and Per Diem Program, permanent housing through the Fort Worth Housing Authority Shelter + Care Program and case management.

Community Lifeline Center

Assisting residents in Mckinney and North Collin County manage crises and navigate their way back to self-sufficiency.
