The Veterans Coalition of Tarrant County (VetCo) is open to all veterans who have served in the military. When you get deployed, it changes you. Making the change from active duty to veteran status can be challenging. Family and friends may have a difficult time understanding that the same person they knew, is not that same person any more. It can make it challenging for them to be supportive because they are trying to get to know this new person as well.

Veterans Services Tarrant County - I am a Veteran

Our goal is to connect veterans to services in Tarrant County, whether you are job searching or struggling with PTSD, it’s important to find people you can talk to, someone you can identify with. It doesn’t necessarily have to be a veteran, but that can make it easier.

The mission of VetCo website is to create a portal where veterans can connect with other veterans. An important way is through our community organizations who offer different types of social functions while representing a broad range of military conflicts and eras. There is a direct point of contact with these community organizations.
